We have specialized in the saltwater side of the hobby for over 20 years since opening in 1984 when we were one of only a handful of shops in the country doing so.

There have been massive changes in technology and methods in that time but we have always kept up to date with these changes and will always continue to do so.

We have continued to expand our marine section to keep up with the growth of this side of the hobby. Our current systems consist of a 6000 litre fish only system and a 2500 litre invertebrate and coral system. The 13 foot coral tank is always well stocked with a variety of hard and soft corals and stocks are generally replenished on a weekly basis. We are currently working on a new 2000 litre coral system to enable us to provide an even larger and more varied selection.

All of our livestock is packaged with oxygen for less stressful transportation. If you have a longer journey home please tell us and we are happy to package your purchases in polystyrene boxes.
